Ingredients Preparation:

Vegetables for salad
Broccoli 100 gr
Purple cabbage 200 gr
Carrot or bell pepper, etc. 200 gr
Roasted peanuts for salad
Red Bear noodles 1 pack
Mayonnaise 60 g
Cooking oil 3 tbsp
Mustard 3 tbsp
Honey 1 tbsp
Salt ½ tbs
Sugar ½ tbs
Lemon juice 2 tbsp

Method

Step 1: Wash vegetables, then cut or shred them.

Step 2: Make the sauce by adding ingredients for the sauce one by one and whisking them together until all ingredients are dissolved and blended together.

Step 3: Leave the noodles in the bag then crush it, but should not crush too hard.

Step 4: Put a pan on the stove, heat the pan then add roasted peanuts and crushed noodles in, and roast them until well done.

Step 5: Prepare a large mixing bowl, then add all ingredients and mix them well.
