   Scratch cards to determine prize winners.

   How to participate: During the promotion period, when purchasing 1 pack among the 18 promotional products, customers will have a chance to receive 1 scratch card placed inside the product packaging.

   7. Eligible Participants (Promotion Target Audience):
   Eligible participants are consumers residing in Vietnam during the promotion period.

   Ineligible participants: Employees and related personnel of the following companies are not eligible to participate:

   • AsiaFoods Joint Stock Company

   • A Chau Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd. III

   • A Chau Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd. IV

   • A Chau Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Bac Ninh

   • A Chau Food Manufacturing Co., Ltd. Da Nang

   • MTV Fortune Group Co., Ltd.

   • Van Hoa Song Hanh Publishing Co., Ltd.

9. Detailed Terms and Conditions of the Promotion Program

9.1. Rules on participation conditions, methods, and procedures:

a. During the promotion period, customers who purchase any 01 promotional product (listed in section 3) will have a chance to receive a scratch card placed inside the product packaging.

b. Customers may receive up to 11,100 scratch cards randomly distributed among the 180,875,680 promotional product units (only products with cards are eligible for prize determination).

c. A single customer can win multiple times. There is no limit on the number of prizes per customer.

9.2. Regulations on scratch cards:

a. Winning scratch cards must be intact, not torn, patched, erased, scratched off, or damaged in any way. The unscratched area must remain fully intact and readable.

b. The total number of scratch cards printed by AsiaFoods during the promotion is 11,100 cards.

c. Each scratch card includes the following details:

• Gấu Đỏ logo

• Prize information, prize value, and prize quantity

• Promotion title

• Winning prize description (printed in the “Scratch” area)

• Serial number and control code (in the “Do Not Scratch” area)

• Organizer details

• Prize claim instructions

• Deadline for prize claims

• Hotline support information

d. Control codes and serial numbers may include:

• 01 series of 7 characters from A–Z

• 01 series of 7 digits from 0–9

• Or a combination of both letters and numbers, signed by a representative of AsiaFoods Joint Stock Company

e. A list of winning codes and control codes will be registered with the Vietnam Ministry of Industry and Trade.

9.3. Rules for Prize Verification:

a. Customers open the promotional product to find a scratch card.

If the scratch card contains a message as shown below, the customer is eligible to claim the corresponding prize:

b. A customer may receive multiple scratch cards with different winning results and claim multiple prizes.

9.4. Prize Claim Period, Locations, and Procedures:

• For Third Prize: Customers go directly to the designated locations to exchange for the prize.

• For First and Second Prizes: After revealing a winning scratch card, customers call the hotline 1900561228 (charged at 2,000 VND/minute) to receive instructions and provide the following information:

  • Winning code, full name, phone number, and ID number (CMND/CCCD)

Prize claim period: From 07:00 on September 26, 2023 to 23:59 on November 26, 2023
Eligible area: Nationwide (Vietnam)

Scratch cards must be intact, not torn, patched, erased, scratched off, or damaged in any way. The unscratched area must remain intact.
If the customer wins a First Prize or cannot redeem a Third Prize directly, they must contact the hotline for further assistance.

Customers will receive prize confirmation and further instructions via SMS. The SMS will include the full name, phone number, and prize details.

For cash prizes:

• Cash prizes will be transferred to the winner’s bank account within 15 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), provided all information and documentation is complete and valid.

• Customers must provide a copy of their valid ID (CMND/CCCD) and a signed prize receipt.

Final deadline for prize claims:
⏳ 5:00 PM, January 10, 2024
