Quality Assurance Specialist – Finished Goods
Job Description

Handle documentation, goods receiving, classification, and transfer to purchasing and accounting departments according to regulations.

Manage and follow import/export documentation.

Consolidate and report warehouse operations periodically (stock reports, stock rotation, liquidation, damaged goods, and shipping to other units).

Confirm item requests from departments based on inventory lists.

Monitor purchasing progress to ensure timely delivery for all departments.

Receive and inspect goods delivered by suppliers to ensure quality standards and sample conformity; unqualified goods must be reviewed by experienced personnel.

Manage inventory according to regulations, ensuring records match actual stock.

Physically arrange inventory following the principle: “easy to find, easy to see, easy to check.”
Job Requirements

Education: Graduate from vocational school or higher

At least 2–3 years of warehouse management experience

Honest, meticulous, proactive, and responsible

Strong problem-solving ability

Good communication and proficient in office software

Male candidates preferred
